SPECIES Argema mittrei. Female ORIGIN Madagascar FRAME 25.5x28.5xD5cm Made from recycled products. Available in black or white frame DESCRIPTION AKA Moon Moth. Beautiful long tailed moon moth from the family Saturniidae. There is a marked colour and size difference between the slim tailed male which is a deep golden colour with brown eye spot markings, whilst the adult female is a paler golden colour with wings wider but not as long as the male.
